InventoryPro is a multi-location inventory management platform designed specifically for Wix store owners. Our Service allows you to track inventory across multiple locations, sync with your Wix store, and manage stock levels in real-time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Free Trial and Subscription Terms

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged according to your selected plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

5. Wix Integration

Our Service integrates with Wix stores through official APIs. By connecting your Wix store, you authorize us to access your store data for inventory management purposes. We do not store sensitive payment information and only access data necessary for inventory synchronization.

6. Data Privacy and Security

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipSite Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
